Sara helped us find the perfect home for our family! We started looking at homes online in November of 2016 and sent an inquiry about one of the listings on Zillow. Sara called me back that same evening, about 15 minutes later, and we ended up using her as our realtor. She was patient with us as we told her from the start that our target timeframe would be sometime during the beginning of 2017. She consistently sent us houses to look at through the holidays, but things were so busy, we got distracted and barely looked through what she was sending. Then, the first week of January, she called up and asked if we were still looking. We said that we were and she sent over the link for a house that she said "was out of left field" but might just be a good fit. After we looked at the pictures that Sunday afternoon, I immediately called Sara and she met us to look at the house. We put an offer on it that evening. It was out of left field. There is no question that the home we purchased would not be the right home for everyone, but Sara really listened to us and found out exactly what we wanted in our home and she absolutely delivered the perfect place for our family. Throughout the process, Sara was very knowledgeable, very accessible, and very responsive. She guided us through the process with a high level of mastery. We felt very confident in Sara and confident that we were in the right hands. She even helped us negotiate a few things at closing that we hadn't even thought of! This was not our first home purchase. Working with Sara made my home buying experience easy. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in what to look for when deciding on a house.
